Can I cancel or modify my order?

It would be our pleasure to change your order, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. Contact us at info@studiosetpilates.com with your order confirmation email and the changes requested.

What methods of payment do you offer?

We handle payments through Shopify Payments for standard orders (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal).

The billing address must match your name, address and postal code exactly as they appear on your credit card statement. This information is used as part of the validation process for your credit card payment.

How do I know if my order has been processed?

You will receive an email notification with your order shipping details. Please double check the information displayed in this email and contact us as soon as possible if you notice any errors. We will not be able to modify your order once it has shipped.

Can you supply a receipt for my purchase?

Your confirmation email can be used as a receipt.

How can I track my order?

Canada Post will provide a tracking number. You will receive this tracking number in the confirmation email once your package has been shipped.

Can I edit my shipping address?

Only if your order has not yet been processed. Check your address in the purchase confirmation email. Contact us immediately if you find any mistakes, and be sure to include your order number. If the address was entered incorrectly and your order is already on its way, we unfortunately are unable to offer you a refund or re-ship it.

If my order was not delivered to the right address, what should I do?

If the mistake in the address is on your part, unfortunately there is nothing we can do.

If the shipment was returned to us, we could send it to a new address. However, you’ll be responsible for the shipping charges. Thank you for understanding.

My order was placed more than a week ago, and still hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

Despite our best efforts, sometimes events beyond our control may delay the arrival of your order. Canada Post tells us that they are experiencing exceptional delays in delivery, caused by an increased volume of orders and the health measures they have put in place. If this is the case, and your order has not arrived within 1 week, please contact us by email at info@studiosetpilates.com with your request and don’t forget to include your order number.

Exchanges and refunds

How can I get an exchange or a refund?

Boutique Set does not offer exchanges. If you have changed your mind, your order can be cancelled and refunded if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please send an email to info@studiosetpilates.com with your request and order confirmation number.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete?

Please don’t hesitate to write to us, and include photos of the damaged or incorrect product as well as the order number. We would be pleased to remedy the situation quickly for you.

What is your return policy?

All items must have the original tags and original packaging and must not be worn, washed or damaged to be eligible for return. 

Apparel: all original tags must still be attached to the garment(s). Be mindful of deodorant, makeup or perfume that may rub off, and beware of jewelry that may catch or tear fabric.

In the interest of hygiene, all self care items, socks and personal protective masks are considered final sale and cannot be returned and refunded.

Self-care products: must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unaltered, and sealed.

Can I return an item that was on sale?

ALL DISCOUNTS OVER 20% ARE FINAL SALE. This includes sale items and additional discounts due to promotions.

What is my size?

Each brand has a unique size guide. Boutique Set provides size suggestions under each product. However for further size inquiries, please contact us via email at info@studiosetpilates.com with the name, style #, and size that you are interested in and we will provide you with the specific size measurements.

What if my desired item is sold out?

If an item is sold out, please visit contact us via email at info@studiosetpilates.com with the name, style #, size and colour that you are interested in, we will add you to our waiting list.

Why isn’t my promotional code working?

Only one promotional code can be applied per order.

  • Local sales tax will be charged on all Canadian orders.
