BootyBarre® Classes

Get ready to burn!

Created by trainer Tracy Mallet (with full Pilates certifications) in L.A., BootyBarre® is a fun class with upbeat music that incorporates ballet barres. It perfectly combines ballet, strength, and flexibility in a cardio format without jumping or impact on the joints.

Certified in Pilates and BootyBarre®, the teachers use Pilates alignment principles to ensure you get a safe and challenging workout. Light weights (with high reps) or resistance bands are used to sculpt the arms and upper body; ballet barres are used to sculpt the legs and glutes and to execute cardio intervals; and mat Pilates work is used to strengthen the abdominals. Your booty will remember this class for days, months, or forever! Get ready to move, sweat, burn, and have fun!

Ballet or Pilates training is not a prerequisite for this class, although you will learn some basic ballet and Pilates.

Please bring a water bottle and a microfiber or regular towel to cover your mat. Wear regular or non-slip socks and carry an optional small towel for sweat. We sell water bottles and also have long, non-slip towels and sweat towels you can rent or buy.

Booty Barre Classes

BootyBarre® Flex & Flow

The Flex & Flow class will work your arms more than the PLUS class. Because we use resistance bands, this class can be a gentle and safe way to begin arm exercises after an arm or shoulder injury. You will also work on improving your balance and control by combining resistance bands with the ballet barre. Get ready to sweat, burn, dance, move, and have fun!

BootyBarre® Plus

Looking to add some extra cardio to your workout? The classic BootyBarre® class is the perfect combination of ballet, strength, and flexibility, rolled into a cardio format without jumping or impact on the joints. Light-hand weights are used to sculpt the arms, legs, and glutes. The mat is used to work the abs using Pilates exercises. Get ready to sweat, burn, move, dance, and have fun!

BootyBarre® Energizer

The same BootyBarre® you love, but in a quick and effective 45-minute class. Perfect for those on a lunch break with less time for a workout, or those who want to try out BootyBarre® for their first time in a less intense, shorter class.

Mom & Baby Booty Barre

You don’t have to choose between getting your cardio in and spending time with your little one anymore! Our postnatal barre class offers it all. This spin on our classic BootyBarre® Plus class gives new moms a high-intensity workout while placing an emphasis on muscle groups that underwent changes during pregnancy. Babies and toddlers are welcome and can follow the class safely nested in their carriers or watching their mommies from mats spread out across the barre studio.
